Jurnal Fakta. Long holidays for the celebration of Christmas and New Year 2019 are widely used by the people of Jakarta to vacation out of town. This can be seen from the number of movements of citizen vehicles on the Cikopo Palimanan (Cipali) Toll Road in Cirebon Regency, West Java.

Since Friday night until Saturday morning, December 22, 2018, a vehicle queue occurred. Especially vehicles that will enter the Palimanan gate.

The flow of vehicles towards Central Java from the direction of Jakarta continues to fill the Palimanan Toll Road. Although there are 11 toll gates opened, the queue at the payment counter reaches more than 500 meters.

In addition to the volume of vehicles, the queue of vehicles also occurs due to the slow process of payment because the driver does not prepare a payment card. Until Saturday this morning, the queue of vehicles still occurred.
