Asep Yaya, the boy who swallowed the whistle was allowed to go home

Channel Nasional. Asep Yaya (9), a resident of Girimukti Saguling Village, West Bandung Regency, West Java, had to undergo special treatment from the medical team of Hasan Sadikin Hospital, Bandung, to remove the whistle lodged in his throat for two months.

After undergoing treatment after the appointment of the whistle lodged in the main respiratory tract, Asep Yaya, finally it was allowed to go home on Friday, December 21, 2018.

According to the doctor's explanation Dr. Ayu Hardianti Saputri Sp ENT KL, that Asep is currently in good condition. After the surgery is performed, no injury or swelling is found in the main part of the breath.

"There were no injuries to the respiratory organs. His condition was healthy and was allowed to go home," he said.

In addition to the successful appointment operation, there were also no complaints from Asep Yaya after the operation. After one day's observation, Asep was declared able to go home.

Asep Yaya, accidentally swallowed a whistle while playing it. His parents then took him to the nearest health center.

Because medical equipment is incomplete, the puskesmas then refers it to the hospital. But because he had no money, his parents chose to bring the boy to treatment elsewhere.

Until finally two months passed, the whistle still lodged in his lungs. The position of the whistle, it turns out in the main branch of the left bronchus. This position is not visible in X-rays, because (the material) is not visible.
